Who we are

Ragusa was established on August 1, 2024, with the mission of strengthening cooperation between the Balkan region and BRICS+ countries, fostering dialogue, cultural exchange, and strategic partnerships. The organization is named in honor of Sava Vladislavić Raguzinski, a Serbian diplomat in the service of Peter the Great, who was among the first to connect the Balkans with the nations that now form BRICS+. His legacy of diplomacy and geopolitical vision inspires our mission to build bridges between these regions through educational programs, conferences, public initiatives, and joint projects.

At Ragusa, we believe in creating a platform for sustainable development and mutual prosperity, bringing the Balkans and BRICS+ closer together for a more interconnected and multipolar world.
